TRAVEL ADVISOR
(LEISURE)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced travel sales professional to join our team as a Travel Advisor, in Exeter or London and surrounding area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel requirements of our growing network of leisure clients, and providing additional support to our public tours team. Through our Travel Leaders Network Affiliation and preferred supplier agreements, global network contacts and memberships, as well as our prestigious Air Canada Circle of Excellence Standing, we provide unique value and competitive rates and perks to our clients. This position is also available as a hybrid or in-office position depending on the candidate’s location. This position can either be in-office or hybrid.
Skills Required:
- Experience working for a travel agency, in a corporate/leisure sales role
- Excellence in customer service and sales

- TICO Certification

Position Summary:
Our London and Exeter office is in search of a motivated and passionate individual interested in growing their expertise within a jr. account management position. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for the account management of some of our key accounts. Your role will involve supporting existing accounts as the primary contact and nurturing these relationships, while gaining experience for career progression. You will work closely with the group sales manager and group tour planners to support company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Client follow up, relationship building (includes both virtual and in-person meetings)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in database, submit and review sales reports as required.
- Act as an ambassador of the company brand, participating at travel trade shows as necessary and effectively representing our business to the industry and the public
- Liaise with internal teams and execute operational tasks including administration and reporting to ensure client commitments are met.
- Troubleshoot client challenges in order to find the best solution (resolution-focused mindset)
